Students involved provide research support to practitioners undertaking important criminal and civil cases before the courts.
Examples of cases taken on have involved a criminal matter raising the issue of whether a magistrate had sentencing discretion in a particular matter; as well as a comparative study of aspects of employment law.
Members involved are expected to be commitment on a continuous and ad hoc basis. The total number of members this project involves will also vary on an ad hoc basis.
