Overview
LEAP is a pro-bono initiative that promotes access to justice. We aim to do so by raising legal awareness among youths on areas of law relevant to or interesting to them. This includes their legal rights, the legal consequences that may arise from committing crimes, and how the law protects them.
Reflections
I had a lot of fun taking part in LEAP last year. It taught me the importance of conveying information in a simple and understandable manner, while at the same time being adaptable and perceptive to the interests and personal experiences of the audience.
